steel cut oats Hi Ben

The oats must work, I eat plenty of butter and lots of

steel cut oats and my cholesterol is very low, so is

my BP. I cook them so they are quite chewy.

I like honey on mine and my wife likes them with a bit of splenda. And keep in

mind that lessening or eliminating meat is the best thing a person can do so

lower cholesterol.
