Here are some Vegetarian Meal Options we enjoy Judy

You prepared a nice list. I cook for myself 5 times a week, the

other 2 nights I might eat out with friends or just enjoy leftovers.

I'm going to look for the Worthington products this weekend.

> Light with Flax Seed oil and fresh minced Garlic, and a tossed salad

> *Black Bean Stack - Cook some basmati Rice, Heat a can of Black

Beans.

> Dice up some onions, tomatoes, green peppers. Each person puts a

bed of

> rice on their plate, then beans go over that. Sprinkle the onions,

Diced

Hi Mark,

Thank you . I bet you enjoy those home-cooked meals the best too, especially

with all these great recipes in the files here to enjoy preparing eating.

I hope you find the Worthington/Loma Linda Products. Amazon.com has a great

selection of course the adventist book centers and some of their schools have

health food store at them as well. Call your local Seventh Day Adventist church

and they should be able to direct you to locations you can buy them at. Some of

the Super Wal-Marts and Big Grocery stores will have them in the health food

section. Morning Star Farm products are in the frozen section of every grocery

store I have ever been in.

 

I look forward to trying your risoto recipe you sent in. I have some of that

kind of rice in the cupboard. I'll have to try it out soon.
