Guest guest
I give this book 2 to 3 stars. I read it twice. There is a lot of rambling and if you read it closely he actually doesn't have hard evidence to support some of what he is talking about. I thought I was wrong until I had 3 of my friends read this book and and didn't tell them my opinion beforehand, they felt the same way. Rent it from the library and see what you think. I liked Fast Food Nation better. Donna --- C Morgan <morgancynthia wrote: > What Your Dr Reads When He Is ILL Hi > Everybody especially Lori & JJ, ....Not to worry! > This is Easy!!! Guest guest
This book was the impetus for my one-month experiment in veganism (after 11 as a lacto-ovo veggie) that has turned into a permanent lifestyle change. It's been about 9 months now. It (and, if I may brag, my cooking) was also responsible for my friend's current month long vegan challenge. Whether it sticks is yet to be seen, but he did just order up a vegan cookbook. -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog
