You can use your microplane zester for this recipe.

 

 

Simple Baby Bok Choy Steamed with Orange Zest and

Ginger

 

1 tbsp. orange zest, grated

1 to 2 heads of bok choy, 6 to 8 " long

1 tsp. minced ginger or more to taste or 1/2 tsp.

ginger-infused sesame oil

 

Rinse bok choy well. Cut in half lengthwise; place in

steamer in a single layer, cut side up.

Sprinkle with the orange zest and put the oil and/or

ginger on top of the vegetable. Cover and steam for 6

to 8 minutes or until fork tender. Serve with the zest

in place on the bok choy leaves.
