Guest guest
Hello Susan, The best place to start is the " Recipes Files " area. Identify what turns you on and start cooking Most of all, enjoy yourself Do not eat so much that you start to burp, Ahhh!, lol But " DO " eat to kill the hunger and DO NOT be tempted to have " seconds " . Occassionally you may, but avoid making it a habit Your stomach is " like a stove " and if the coal(i.e. the food that you eat) is not burn properly, it turns into fat Then, you need to exercise to shed it off(hard work if you hate exercise). All I am saying is, " eat sensibly " and if you can't eat sensibly, make up for it with regular exercises. My friend, Minnie who is a Pyschiatrist runs 6 miles every morning and same again in the evenings. She does this 7 days a week and if she misses 1-day, she tells me she do not feel right She doesn't need to diet since she burned so much off and her metabolism also increases, likewise her appetite To summarise what I said ;- " Eat sensibly " and " exercise regularly " ...(no other rules required)<big smile> Eating sensibly means eating smaller portions but if you feel hungry again after a while, just eat to kill the hunger and continue with this the whole day. Make sure you have healthy snacks throughout the day and everyday. Keep busy I wish you all the luck in the world and hope you are successful with your new regime You done it before and you CAN do it again, girl...go for it<big smile> Best Wishes, Wee On 22 Jan 2007 at 19:08, Susan Martin wrote: > My name is Susan, I am 45 and live in Virginia with my husband and 2 > dachshunds.
