This is my new most favorite breakfast in the universe :-) It has an

awesome flavor and texture. Big thanks to AJ for the recipe and Sharon

for the stovetop instructions!

Peace,

Maureen

I didn't see it in the breakfast files. Would you please repost it the recipe.

Thanks!

Great, Maureen! Yes, that was my take too. So yummy with a great

texture. Infinitely more interesting than just plain oatmeal. (Though

I do like plain oatmeal.) :-)

I should also mention that it does work with pearled barley and steel

cut oatmeal, even though it specifically says to use hulled barley

(which is more healthful) and whole oatmeal (also more healthful). It's

flexible! I use what I have on hand.

I just went to the doctor a week ago - haven't been in a couple years.

I have lost 20lbs and my cholesterol was down. My primary change has

been to have oatmeal (or this cereal) for breakfast most days a week for

months now. (That was the good news. I won't go into the bad news. :-( )
