Guest guest
Hi I just made this today and its yummy. Its another tomato sause, fairly simple but it may be a way for those who have kids or relitives of kids who dont like spinich or brocolie to eat it I named it after my cource PTC (parent teacher child). PTC BLOGS sause (vegan) - 1 large can of tomato sause (i mean the jumbo sized) - 1 medium bag of baby spinich leaves 1 medium bag of baby carrots 3 or 4 Leek stalks 5 or 6 small sweet peppers 1 garlic bulb (you can put in a second if you want it more garlicy like me) 1 large onion (pick wichever onion you like best- I prefer red specialy for this recipie) 1 head/stalk of broccoli Ok, chop up your vegstables and garlic and toss it in the pot, put the spagettie sause and let it simmer for say 45 minuts on low till it starts to boil serve on noodles, potatoes, rice, or pizza crust as part of a pizza For those who find it hard to get kids eating the green vegstables, try pureeing the greens and mixing it with the other ingredience. if you want a really smooth sause for pizza you can purree all the ingredients. its really up to you. I tried it today with the purree greens and you cant tell there were ever any green vegstables in the sause. Chantelle -- " Reality leaves a lot to the imagination. " - John Lennon Faith, no matter what we believe in is an important motivator in life. There are reasons why something is the way it is, though we dont always know why. Problems are never a way to punish us, sometimes they are a way of making us better and stronger, more compasionate and knowlegable people inside. We may worry, we may feel down on the world but we must always remember that faith is what brings us together and that god, no matter what we call him or her has not punnished us, only trusted us with an extra special gift. ~ Me
