Guest guest
This is a great story--Congratulations, Katie! My partner actually had an MD tell her that there's " no proof " diet and exercise can affect heart health. Huh??? (She, umm, had a new doc by the end of the week....) I hope that nutrition gets better integrated into medical training. Thank you so much for sharing your story! Peace, Maureen Katie wrote: > I became vegetarian for health reasons. Guest guest
I suggest you get yourself a vegetarian cook book and look through it until you see something that appeals. Lots of people buy vegetarian book and then never use them, so almost new books end up in salvation army and simular places. You may want to start there. If there is a well used book, get that one instead and look at the pages with the most food spots on them. Those are the ones the prvious owner liked and made the most! You need to decide if you are going to be vegetarian or vegan or lacto-ovo or what variety. If this is for health reasons, probably simple vegetarian is enough. If it is for animals sake, you probably want to be vegan. Katie in Alaska scottishlady59 wrote: Hi , I will be 60 in May and I want to get a new way of eting and Vegetarian is the way to go.
