I just got a dehydrator, though it will be some time

before the jelly roll sheets arrive. In the meantime,

I'm dreaming of all the wonderful creations in its

future. I know I will try granola, and I even have

the book Living Cuisine, which has a bunch of raw food

recipes, inc., some dehydrator ones. Nevertheless, I

respect y'all's tastes and noticed our Raw Food folder

is dramatically thin. Let's fill it up! ;)

Thanks,

-Erin

LOL I forgot I had bought one too. Guess I need to go find where I tucked it

away in my garage. Thanks for the reminder that I need to use this. I hope

some recipes get posted too.
