Guest guest
Here is a very good cookbook that I think a lot of members would enjoy. It's vegetarian and the recipes are healthy ones using olive oil, legumes, grains, vegetables and fruits. Very tasty recipes too and they have the calorie breakdown. Here's the Amazon.com link for you with reviews: http://www.amazon.com/Tables-Lebanon-Traditional-Vegetarian-Cuisine/dp/157067040\ 4/sr=8-1/qid=1169343823/ref=sr_1_1/002-2870475-8678415?ie=UTF8 & s=books " From the Tables of Lebanon " by Dalal Holmin and Maher Abbas, M.D. Donna ______________________________\ ____ Food fight? Guest guest
I just did the " search inside this book " thing on Amazon--Just from the table of contents and little bit of the discussion of olive oil that's displayed, it looks like an awesome book!! I've promised myself I won't buy any more cookbooks for a little while since I recently splurged big time, but I think this is going to be the first one I get after I've done more with my recent bounty. Thank you so much, Donna!
