Guest guest
This is one of my fave salad dressings made with nutritional yeast. It's a fake Caesar so we call it a Marc Antony I got it a long time ago at a demo by Francis Janes, a chef in Seattle. 4 Tbs. nutritional yeast 1 Tbs raw tahini 1 Tbs dijon mustard 2 medium cloves garlic, pressed 3 Tbs fresh lemon juice (fresh tastes better) 1 Tbs tamari 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup water Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute. For optimal flavor, please make at least 1 hour prior to serving and store in fridge. my notes: Sometimes I am too lazy to wash the blender afterwards so I make sure to smush the garlic extra fine and put everything in a jar with a good seal and shake it up real good. Works fine. This dressing is awesome on kale and other bitter greens. > > Also, Does anyone know the nutritional facts of > Nutritional Yeast Flakes?
