I am not endorsing any one of them, i ahve purchased them in the past, do not remember which one, but hey, my local market sells it so i do not need to grow it anymore. Epazote is like a weed, requires little care, even I can grow it. I have had more sucess freezing it than drying it. It does have a very strong taste, but it goes well in black beans. I also put it in pinto beans myself. I like that I never get gas from beans cooked with epazote. , Beth Renzetti <elmothree2000 wrote: > > If there isn't much taste, why is it used? > > Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: You won't hate the taste.
