Guest guest Posted January 18, 2007 Report Share Posted January 18, 2007 Sauted Red Potatoes 1 1/2 pounds unpeeled red potatoes 3 tablespoons melted butter salt and pepper to taste chopped parsley, to garnish Boil potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes until tender. Allow potatoes to cool enough to handle. Slice potatoes in half. Melt butter in a large pan. Add potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
