Guest guest Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 I was hesitant, but since I really wanted to try this and I don't have a pressure cooker (yet),I figured I would go for it and they really turned out great...not hard, not mushy. I soaked the beans overnight, rinsed and then covered them with water and boiled them for about 25 minutes, then into the crockpot on high for 2 hours and on low for 6.
