Guest guest
Welcome to the group Cindy! We have always homeschooled and love it. What a blessing it has been. I am a support group activity leader in our area. I love planning all kinds of interesting learning activities, park days, and fieldtrips for a large group we have here. We've met the nicest folks through the activities. The fieldtrips and activities are fun and very interesting for the entire family. My girls are also very involved in music, sports(softball and soccer), passionate about their horses and other animal and 4H. We have so much fun. Cindy I hope your move goes very smooth. Tell us more about your new home. Sound interesting. Jeanne it is nice to hear about your homeschooling too. I also think it adds so much to the homeschool experience to get involved with a group. - treazure noname Wednesday, January 17, 2007 8:36 AM Re: hello Cindy, welcome to the garden of earthly delights! How marvelous on your veg life (I am also a lacto-ovo due to availability to get fresh from the source raised as pets not income cows and chickens). We homeschooled our youngest through middle school and high school. (severe hyper, add) so when I find another homeschooler I like to give a special high five. I only had one to teach, multiples...wow. (My niece home schooled her 7...wow I am tired just thinking of it.) Are you part of a local hs support group? Ours was large and we took all the kids on field trips monthly, plus picnics, shared skill resources, etc. What are you doing to greenie your new home? We've wanted to build an earth bermed for about 40 years now but have never been able to afford. (drats) So glad to have you in the group. Jeanne in GA Need Mail bonding?
