Guest guest Posted January 16, 2007 Report Share Posted January 16, 2007 Hello- I am new to the group. We have been vegetarins for 15+ years. We have 2 boys who are 7 and 10. We do eat some cheese and eggs but no meat, fish or chicken. At times I myself have been vegan. We are in the process of building a house as sustainably/green as possible within our budget. It has been an amazing process. We have learned alot and met some great people. It has been a great experience for the children as well. We homeschool so they have been very much a part of it all. I enjoy cooking, swimming and having fun with the kids. I have enjoyed reading the posts thus far and hope to contribute as soon as things settle a bit. Our move date is next month!
