Breakfast ideas:

 

egg white omelets with finely chopped veggies (in a whole wheat

 

wrap), fruit smoothies made with yogurt, whole grain toast, bagel or English

muffin with a

 

jam, nutbutter, or spread of some sort (cream cheese, hummus), cream of wheat

or oatmeal

 

with maple syrup (I don't even use soymilk on my oatmeal)..breakfast can be

any food you

 

want...left over pizza or lasagna even...it is your meal, so plan it the way,

you like it,

 

traditional or not.
