Guest guest
One of the girls in my cooking group sent me this . I fully believe in using resources and I have a great resource here. (I did let her know I was doing this). I have also added my reply to her letter below the original question. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Alyssia ================================ Hi Alyssia What else besides Green Tea and Fresh made Grapefruit Juice, apple Juice and Honey mixture, can I use to lose some weight. I have lost 14 lbs. over the last 4 weeks and I would like to lose another 20 Lbs. Right now I am at 164 Lbs.: down from 178: and would like to get to 145 ( if Possible ) as it would be much easier on my back as I have arthritis in my spine and I would feel and look much better as I am only 5ft. 5in. tall also. Please Let me know. Huggzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Joan ======================= My initial response... Joan I am asking some others in a veg group I am in. I know that when I became vegetarian I seemed to loose weight without really trying ... One of the things the Spa we went to was animate on ... distilled water .... 8 to 12 oz, 15 min before a meal, no water with a meal or for at least 1/2 hr after... delutes digestive enzimes. Also at leat 60-80 oz of dist.water a day. Actually, we had a caraff (about 1 leter ... 4 of these per day there... more than the 80 oz) Breakfast ... Melons only ... no coffee, tea etc. just melons ... all you want, mix varieties. Lunch ... Salads ... an oz of raw nuts. Then what ever main course. No breads. A wrap at lunch os OK ... no partially hyd oils or preservatives, etc, Dinner.. again .. begin with a large salad ... I used to just squeeze a bit of fresh lime juice over balsimic vinager. Select the main course wisely .. make it from scratch, not pre-packaged. Avoid salt, msg, soy sauce, etc. Salt holds water and also increases your appitite. Use herbs and spices to put flavor in the meal. Hope this helped a bit Alyssia
Guest guest
Hi, forgive me for the dumb question. I want to ask if as written in this mail about drinking distilled water..... is correct? I come from Scotland but now live in Ca and have never heard of anyone actually drinking this kind of water...only knew that it went into car batteries and when I wanted to do my ironing. What is the benefit of using this type of water and can you expand on this way of eating that is also in the mail, maybe that would work for me. Thank you JJ -------------- Original message -------------- " Alyssia " <deechun_sa_ngop One of the girls in my cooking group sent me this .
