Faux Sausage Patties

 

A good way to use that left over oatmeal.

Texture and taste is very much like reg. sausage

If you prefer Italian flavor add 1/2 teas. Italian seasoning to mix.

Be sure to 'brown'both sides thoroughly so that insides are 'done'.

 

1 cup of whole oats 'pre cooked' in 2 cups of water until liquid

absorbed. Let cool slightly.

2 Tablespoons Wheat Gluten Flour

1 Tablespoon Bragg's Aminos

1 Teaspoon powered sage

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

 

Mix all ingredients thoroughly , form into 3 medium size patties .

Brown in apx. 1 tab. olive oil.
