Guest guest
I enjoy this over veggies, on salads, as a dip. It's very versatile. Avocado Hemp Salad Dressing 2 very ripe avocados 1/4 cup hemp oil (health food store) juice from 1 lemon 2 Tbl cilantro, minced pepper & salt to taste 1-2 tsps. Ume plum or rice vinegar (Asian market) water Cut avocados in half and scoop avocado out of skins and place in bowl. Mash with fork, then stir in hemp oil, lemon juice, cilantro, pepper, and vinegar. Thin with water, if necessary. Taste and adjust seasonings. Note: A thicker dressing can also serve as a tasty dip or be drizzled over steamed vegetables. / So you know I've been a soldier in the armies of the night. And I'll find the fatal error in what's otherwise all right. But here you're trembling like a sparrow, I will try with all my might To give you just a little sweetness... Just a little sweetness... Just a little light. Source: Just A Little Light - Gratetful Dead ______________________________\ ____ Now that's room service!
