Guest guest
Now I've got a request and it's not going to be easy to do. I am a guy who is about 120 pounds overweight. I've had 5 heart bypasses and I'm on my second pacemaker/defibrillator. I am diabetic. I just had my second cardio-version last week. Now comes my question, what do I eat for breakfast? Keep in mind that I'm a long way from any specialty store and restricted on sodium, fat, carbs, and the biggy SOY. Soy interferes with my coumadin. I really don't like pancakes, waffles or French toast. What does that leave? I sure could use some ideas.
