Guest guest Posted January 13, 2007 Report Share Posted January 13, 2007 Let me add that I didn't begin to like eggplant parmesan. Then the wife got a recipe that called for two cans of tomatoes. She bought one that contained balsamic vinegar and the other garlic. Now it is one of my favorite meals.
