Guest guest
I agree Marilyn, Spaghetti Squash is fantastic. Hard to come by this time of the year in Colorado. Fall harvest time we get the most wonderful squash. The saddest thing for me is to see all the pumpkins going to waste. Thousands of them used for decoration instead of food. I always roasted the seeds too and they were such a treat. Temp. here this morning is 4 above zero. Burrrr chilly. Time for a bowl of homemade chili made with a quart of those canned tomatoes I put up a few months ago. Life is way too good. Guest guest
We are sitting at 54 degrees, unheard of in January. That is what kept us from the ice storm the mid-west got, but we are going to flood. All our streams and creeks are at maximum right now with two days of rain to go. It won't take much more. Your chili sounds so good tonight, but I am so full, I doubt I could enjoy very much of it. Have a great meal!!
