Guest guest
Thank you Genny, ill have to get the nerve to try it some time. ---- genny_y2k 1/12/2007 1:09:53 PM Re: Genny Becky, I think my scrambled tofu tastes a lot like scrambled eggs. Actually I fixed it for my guy friend and he couldn't tell the difference. (I like to mix in a small amt. of soy 'sausage' too.Mashed tofu mixed with mayo or Miracle Whip (I use Veganaise) and pickle relish tastes exactly like egg salad. Experiment with it and I think you will like tofu. Check out the files for some desert recipes for soft tofu. Guest guest
I love using spaghetti squash for my spaghetti. It is delicious with sauce on it and not nearly as filling. Becky ---- genny_y2k 1/12/2007 9:45:18 AM Product Review (Whole Wheat Spaghetti) I recently bought Heartland Whole wheat spaghetti and it is a very tasty product. Very reasonably priced at less than $4 for a 4 lb. package. That's a lot of pasta.. I have not been a fan of whole wheat pasta in the past but the texture and taste of this brand is very good. It also re-heats nicely. Enjoying some for breakfast this morning.
