Cucumber Salad with Dill and Sour Cream

 

3 small cucumbers, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup sour cream

2 TB fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 TB distilled vinegar

2 TB granulated sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

2 tsp. dried dill or 3 Tbl. minced fresh dill

 

Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
