Guest guest Posted January 12, 2007 Report Share Posted January 12, 2007 Since we have been talking a lot about whole wheat pasta I thought I would jump in and ask if you are ruling out food allergies and wheat was recommended to boot what is there. I refuse to use a lot of white flour and spelt, rice and other flours make baked goods taste off. I use whole wheat pastry flour a ton.
