Mae Jean Stuffed Mushrooms 24 medium mushrooms 1 small onion,chopped 1/4 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese or Jack sheese 1 1/2 tsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce Dash Tabasco 1 Pinch Italian herbs 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1/4 tsp garlic salt 3 tbl fine bread crumbs 1/4 cup butter or margarine Paprika Clean mushrooms. Remove stems; set caps aside. Chop stems very fine. Mix with onion and cheese. Add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, dash of Tabasco, Italian herbs, seasonings and bread crumbs. Melt butter add dash of Tabasco and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Place 1/2 tsp seasoned butter into each mushroom cap. Add remaining butter to cheese mixture; mix well. Stuff caps with mixture; sprinkle with paprika. Place on broiler pan. Broil until cheese melts. Serve hot. ______________________________\ ____ Want to start your own business?
