Guest guest Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 Skillet Spiced Potatoes 3 lbs. potatoes 3 tbsps. olive oil or vegetable oil 1 tsp. rosemary 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 1 garlic clove Dice potatoes. In a skillet, heat oil. Stir in all ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown, approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Topping: 1 tbsp. of oregano in 1 cup sour cream. Mix thoroughly, spoon over potatoes and serve. Now you can have a huge leap forward in email: get the new Mail.
