Questions about whole turmeric Guru help!

I'll bet Guru will know. I have only used the ground

in recipes.

I saw your message earlier. I have only tried whole turmeric one time

.. I used it to make some sort of potion a few years ago. You can use

it in recipes by slicing it. I am not an expert on whole turmeric.

The powder blends better than the whole root or rhizome.
