Nutty Green Beans 1 pound fresh green beans cut in half 1 cup fine chopped carrot 1 small onion diced 1/3 cup chopped pecans 2 T of butter 2 Tablespoons Orange juice 2 Tablespoons brown rice syrup 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard 1. Place green beans in saucepan and simmer until tender 2. In a frying pan cook carrots, onion, nuts and butter until tender 3. In a small bowl add the orange juice, brown rice syrup and dijon mustard. 4. Drain the water from the beans add to skillet, remove from burner and toss with dressing.
