Guest guest
Lentils do not need to be pre soaked, I just run them under cold water and then put them in the pot with fresh water to cook. Gayle Catfuzz.Caliby Wed, 10 Jan 2007 9:59 AM prepairing dried beans and lentles. Being that i am short on cash this month im gonna go buy some dried beans as i can get far more then the canned stuff. Now my question is, what is the best way to prepare dried beans. Do you need to soak lentles the same way? I have a few recipies that i know of with beans, rice and other vegstables but I just want to know the best way to prepare these foods?
