Health concern Rhodiola is very good, anyone use Ginsing?

If you have a serious health problem, it needs to be corrected. However, if it

is

unidentified tiredness, Rhodiola is great stuff. I take that and Astragalus

during the

semester and they really seem to help with energy, immunity, and as many labels

say "

general well-being "

 

I'm going to to try adding ginsing this week (school starts next week, plus I

'll still be

working full time at that point). I believe it is the Korean or AMerican

Ginsing that has the

energy/memory benefits, not Siberian. Any tips on this one?
