Guest guest
If you have a serious health problem, it needs to be corrected. However, if it is unidentified tiredness, Rhodiola is great stuff. I take that and Astragalus during the semester and they really seem to help with energy, immunity, and as many labels say " general well-being " I'm going to to try adding ginsing this week (school starts next week, plus I 'll still be working full time at that point). I believe it is the Korean or AMerican Ginsing that has the energy/memory benefits, not Siberian. Any tips on this one? melissa , Maureen <ailanthus wrote: > > Hi Steph, > > I hope you can find out what's causing you to feel so awful, but > Rhodiola rosea (Arctic root) has been a huge help to me for similar > symptoms.
