Cookies on a Stick

1 box any flavor cake mix

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

2/3 cup flour

popsicle sticks

 

Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and flour in a bowl. Mix well.

Shape mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Insert a

popsicle stick into the bottom of the ball (like a lollypop). Lay the

cookies on a greased baking sheet. Flatten each one with the bottom

of a glass, adjusting the popsicle stick as needed. Bake at 350F for

10-12 minutes or until done.
