Guest guest Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 Olympic Oatmeal Ingredients 2 cups water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons butter or margarine Directions Bring water and salt to boiling in a medium saucepan. Add oats and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, Jif and butter or margarine.
