I have an old Sanyo but it still works well. If you add a tablespoon of

vital wheat gluten per cup of flour I think you'll notice a big difference in

your

loaves. Whole wheat bread rises and bakes beautifully even when I use the

rapid setting as opposed to the regular whole wheat bake. Prior to using the

wheat gluten my WW loaves were laughable....half the size of what they are now.
