bragg liquid aminos questions

I've used it for years upon years and only heard good

things about it. I love it!

I have heard not to cook with it, it will break down

the amino acids. I add it at the end of my dish.

We have used it for years and years. It has a much lower sodium content than

soy sauce and yet that same nice salty flavor. The other day I used some of the

maggi seasoning , which is like soy sauce and the concentration blew my taste

buds away. My dish ended up way to salty.

Yuck. Ruined the whole dish in my opinon. I couldn't wait until I got back to

the health food store to get some Bragg's liquid amino's. Great stuff.
