What a fantastic post. This should really help new

vegetarians in here.

I list a combo rice/cooker steamer. I have a

wonderful one made by Black and Decker. If you can't

get the combo then ask for a rice cooker or a good

steamer pan.

 

I have hundreds of cookbooks, let me know exactly what

type recipes you want and I will recommend good ones

for you.
