Here's a good article. Sea veggies play a big part in

my cooking.

I grew up by a large Japanese community and I've eaten

these since I was a small child. I have no fear they

are unhealthy. Please browse this article from one of

the groups favorite links.

I think my life is in more danger sitting in traffic

on the way home from work with gas fumes, smog and

crazy drivers.

Enjoy mock Jello with your agar agar, salads with a

sprinkle of hijiki, cut down on salt and gas effects

with a chunk of kombu added to your beans, make a nice

sushi wrap with a sheet of nori and have fun. If you

have an interest in a good cookbook here's my favorite

" Sea Vegetable Celebration " by Shep Erhart and Leslie
