Ready to try again

Hi

 

I joined last year and slipped back into old habits, but I'm ready to

try again. Right now DH and I are alternating meat and veggie for

evening meals, so I won't have any trouble with that, though I'll have

to make two meals a couple of times a week.

 

I'd like ideas for lunches (pref. vegan) since I don't like to eat too

much dairy, and I'd like to eventually go vegan, as far as I can.

 

Breakfast is no problem.

 

Thanks for any help you can give me.
