Melissa Follow Your Heart cheese

I use cheddar and jack. They melt and I enjoy the flavor. Good on

pizza, in quesadillas and I grate on salads.

Happily there is a casein-free and lactose free, totally 100% vegan

rice cheese at the Wild Oats near me and their cheddar and pepperjack

are to die for.

 

I also love all varieties of Follow Your Heart's Vegan Gourmet Cheese,

and use it to make vegan lasagna and eggplant parm.
