Guest guest
I think it's a matter of opinion. I use kombu and sea veggies in place of MSG and I feel it's safe enough when you look at the size of the sea veggie used compared to a halibut steak that isn't vegetarian. I also use the Follow Your Heart cheese since I have cow's milk allergy and I think it's a lot better for me than the side effects of whole milk cheese. I think we each have to make our own choices. As long as it's vegetarian we each have to weigh it out on what's best to incorporate into our diets.
