Guest guest
Hi, i was drinking bengal spice tea and it reminded me of eating meat. Maby that might help with a meat craving. Might make a person crave it more. I have to say try stir frying tofu with other veggies. i find the tofu kinda gets a thick kinda meatish texture without the taste. Also i tried noelnog a week or so ago and it really did a good job of helping me with my egg craving. Im not sure what elce is good for meat substitues though. Problems are never a way to punish us, sometimes they are a way of making us better and stronger, more compasionate and knowlegable people inside. We may worry, we may feel down on the world but we must always remember that faith is what brings us together and that god, no matter what we call him or her has not punnished us, only trusted us with an extra special gift. ~ Me
Guest guest
tea reminded you of meat??? maybe it's food associations - for example if you drank red wine w/a steak, drinking red wine now might make you crave meat? i guess stay away from foods that start these cravings. best of luck to you!
