Guest guest
Jeanne, I was just thinking of you diet etc. My sister had some type of stomach problem and the docs could not figure it out. She later found out her intestines were twisted and had an operation to " fix it " . Diet is part of the solution in health. Much more important is exercise. In yoga, there is a way to find out if one is " centered " . Lay on back, make all fingertips come together. Put the tips of both hands about 1 1/2 " below navel. Person should feel a pulse right there. If not health is not right. There are postures to help " set " the navel. Stomach exercises such as situps or leg raises are good for some ways the navel is not set right. If the pulse is in Different place than right below the navel then different symptoms will result.
