Guest guest
I never soak beans. Now do this. Rinse the beans and add 2 1/2 cuts of broth or water and scant tbl. of olive oil or oil of your choice. Then add your garlic, onions, herbs and spice. Close the cooker, when the button pops up, turn the heat to a low simmer and set the timmer for 45-50 minutes. Salt when done. The oil will rid the foam and keep the skin on the beans. I had hands on lessons from Amy when she spent the weekend with me. We cooked so much food up, I feel in love with the pressure cooker, as soon as she left I beat it to the cooking store to get a PC. It's wonderful to see you posting. I know being a new Mama has kept you very busy.
