Hi Crhistie:

 

You can use seasoned bread crumbs in place of the shake and Bake.

Hi Dr Ron

Good to see you back and posting. It sounds like you are fending

wonderfully well in the kitchen in Emma's absence.

 

I'm looking for new ways to cook tofu but what is shake and bake? I

haven't heard of that here in the UK. Is there anything I could use

in its place?
