Guest guest Posted December 30, 2006 Report Share Posted December 30, 2006 * Exported from MasterCook * Mexican Lasagna Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dish Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 can Chili Man Chili (or other vegetarian chili with meat substitute) 1 can Worthington Low Fat Chili (or other vegetarian chili with beans) 1 jar salsa (medium or hot according to your taste) 1 can black olives -- sliced 1 package tortillas -- 10 large or 20 medium 12 ounces cheddar cheese (or dairy free substitute) -- shredded Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together the two cans of chili, salsa and olives and put aside. Spray an oblong baking pan with Pam. Place a single layer of tortillas in the bottom, making sure to completely cover the pan bottom and let them go up the sides. Spread the bottom layer with 1/3 of the chili-salsa mixture. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese on top. Place next layer of tortillas on top, pressing down slightly so the filling will spread out evenly. Repeat process two more times and end with tortillas on top.
