LOL I looked at the pictures and thought the same

thing, where's the handle, I could see burning myself

with that pan. OK it's on the very bottom of the list

of things I'd like to have.

Oh my gosh I ment to say the one without the non stick bottom is hard to cook

in. I like the one that is non stick. I use my skillet most to cook in because I

find it easier to use it has a long handle and the paella pan does not.
