I have a non stick one Im pretty sure it is steel it is heavy I dont use it

often It does the same job as a skillet does and I like to have a handle I can

grab onto better then the little ones on my paella pan. I had one a while ago

that was non stick and it was hard to cook in. Besides that they are expensive.
