Guest guest
Greetings Chelsea, [i LOVE growing sprouts....I was @ a clientz home & saw her brand new sprout jar. I read it. I was like " Where did you get this from? " She said " Natural Foods Patch (the health food store) " I had thot sprouting was some hard complicated thing...I did not realize it was SOOO EZ!] I started with a NOW sprouter (a big jar with a stainless steel mesh lid)...I then learned you can even use a jar (Mason,...) with cheesecloth. NOW is www.nowfoods.com, but i think you have to buy it from a store. At my local health food store i just got some lids so that i can expand my sprout garden they go on wide mouth mason jars...The site is www.sproutpeople.com. Good luck. Have fun. Hope this helps! love, peace, & happiness...anGELA --
Guest guest
What a help you are, thank you. I know nothing about sprouting and wanted to give it a try. I feel growing my own would be safer since the containers always have a little warning on them. I enjoy sprouts of all types. When I can make it to the farmers market I will buy a scoop of 5 or 6 different types. What are your favorites? I like the raddish and the sunflower the best.
