How wonderful that everyone enjoyed your meals. That is fun to give them unexpected things that they really enjoy. We loved every dish. We tried all of these recipes in the past week... Caramelized onions and pasta, Mashed Sweet Potatoes with a Pecan topping, Artichoke & Spinach Stuffed Shells, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Red onions. The best part is that my mil actually liked my cooking for once. Even my husband agrees that I am much better cook now since we became vegetarians.
